Founding partner and CEO of StyleCaster Media Group, Goldberg is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business operations and development. He is an innovative entrepreneur with multi-faceted expertise in marketing, strategy, pop culture, consumer behavior, and business development.
Prior to launching StyleCaster in 2008, Goldberg served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for LeBron James and LRMR Marketing. He worked closely with some of the world’s best-known brand equities including Nike, Coca-Cola, Wrigley’s and Microsoft.
Previous to LRMR, Goldberg was Director of Business Development for Steve Stoute at Translation Consultation + Brand Imaging. The firm combines pop culture and strategic brand positioning to connect Fortune 500 companies to the mindsets of young adults.
In addition to StyleCaster, Goldberg is also the co-founder of Sociocast Networks, a real-time social intelligence platform. He has been instrumental in starting such successful ventures as Last Pictures, Qwiki and Contender, among others.
Goldberg holds undergraduate degrees in economics and political science, as well as a master’s degree in sports business from New York University. He currently resides in New York City.

David Goldberg
Co-Founder and President
As co-founding partner and director of sales for StyleCaster Media Group, David Goldberg spearheads revenue-generating partnerships and the company’s day-to-day sales activity. He comes to the StyleCaster team with a background in style and consumer technology, as well as a genuine passion for his clients’ success.
Goldberg made the move to StyleCaster after working at CNET, which he joined in 2006. There, he handled the executive sales for both financial and consumer companies based in New York, Connecticut and San Francisco. Goldberg’s high-profile client roster included American Express, LG, IBM, Sony, Starwood Hotels, Toyota, Heineken, Gillette, Xbox, Gap and Victoria’s Secret.
Prior to CNET, Goldberg served as executive understudy to the founder and CEO of Theory, a high-end contemporary apparel label.
Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University, where he studied political science with a minor in film. He resides in New York City.

Gretchen Tibbits
VP of Finance and Operations
Gretchen Tibbits brings general management, strategy, finance, strategic branding, and operations expertise to her role as Vice President Finance & Operations for StyleCaster.
Before joining the StyleCaster team, Ms. Tibbits owned GMT Consulting, which provided strategic and operational insights to companies in the digital and traditional media, sports, women’s business, and non-profit industries. Prior to owning her own business, Ms. Tibbits was the Vice President, Group Administration for Hearst Business Media, a division of the Hearst Corporation. Ms. Tibbits oversaw four properties, with revenues totaling more than $100 million, providing business strategy expertise and introducing business sensibilities to these electronic media businesses. She was charged with building the division by identifying internal growth prospects and participating in acquisition activities. Prior to her tenure at Hearst, Ms. Tibbits was Sr. Director, Business Operations and Development (Chief Operating Officer) for ESPN Outdoors. Properties for which she was responsible included television programming, print publications, a professional league & associated events, a membership organization of over 500,000, and multiple websites.
Ms. Tibbits was part of the management team at WorkingWomanNetwork, owner of Working Woman, Working Mother, and Ms. magazines and the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). Ms. Tibbits was the President of NAFE, a for-profit association with over 125,000 members, and the Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for financial planning and strategy for the firm as well as brand extensions and licensing. She was a key member of the team that envisioned and built WorkingWoman.com, a website with multiple content channels, social networking aspects, and small business applications. Her early career included finance roles at media and financial services companies.
Ms. Tibbits holds an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU, where she was a Stern scholar, and a BA from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols scholar and a Lawn Resident. Ms. Tibbits continues to serve on a number of boards for the University of Virginia. She is a struggling golfer, theater lover, world traveler, and an avid wine collector.

Laurel Pinson
Editor-in-Chief
As Editor in Chief of StyleCaster Media Group, Laurel Pinson steers the content and editorial strategy for all of the StyleCaster properties.
Laurel comes to StyleCaster from NBC Universal, where she spearheaded fashion and shopping content as a managing editor in the company’s Local Media division. There, she leveraged her previous experience at Lucky magazine and AOL Stylelist to foster the company’s growth in the digital lifestyle sector.
In addition to her digital duties at NBC, Laurel served as the face of fashion for NBC New York on New York Live, WNBC, and most notably Taxi TV. Laurel has been a style contributor to various national and local broadcast outlets, including CBS Early Show and NBC’s Today show.
Laurel graduated from Yale University summa cum laude with degrees in English and Theater Studies.

Sam Stahl
VP of Sales
As the Vice President of Sales, Stahl is responsible for revenue growth of the Media business of StyleCaster. He manages day-to-day sales operations including national sellers, integrated marketing, and sales support.
Prior to StyleCaster, Sam was Vice President of Sales at CollegeHumor Media (an IAC-owned business), where he managed the national sales team selling digital advertising, including display, video, syndication, and branded content. He was responsible for developing ad sales strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth, and reported directly to the CEO of CollegeHumor Media.
Sam has also sold ads for Playboy Magazine, blip.tv, and Adweek Magazine.
Sam was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and graduated with a BA in English Literature from Emory University.

Matt Knapp
VP of Technology
Matthew Knapp has 15 years of leadership in finance, technology and media. As Vice President of Technology, he is responsible for the innovation and delivery of the industry’ s leading mobile, HTML5 and Flash products to Stylecaster’s Fortune 500 clients. Matthew also oversees the success and upward growth of Stylecaster’s multiple media and mobile properties.
Prior to Stylecaster, Matthew led an international team building web and mobile apps that were found in the top five most downloaded of the Apple App Store, Kindle App Store and Android Marketplace. The technology and design can also be found powering applications for clients including L’Oreal, Proctor & Gamble, Novartis, and Amazon.
Before Stylecaster, Matthew developed and then managed a leading benefits and Human Resources portal, covering millions of employees and hundreds of millions in premiums. After two successful acquisitions, Matthew moved to New York City, continuing to serve in advisory roles before diving headfirst into the fashion and beauty space.
Matthew graduated with a degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Georgia and each fall ardently supports their success on the football field.

Albert Azout
Co-Founder
Albert is the founder and CEO of Sociocast and is a co-counder of NYC-based StyleCaster, the fastest-growing women’s lifestyle platform on the web. He is also a co-founder of Sub Rosa, a top digital advertising firm in New York City. Prior to Sociocast, Albert worked at Lehman Brothers where he built his quantitative and engineering background. He graduated from Babson College with a B.A. in Business Administration and serves on the advisory board of various start-ups including Last Pictures, Qwiki, Contender.com, and CassaDecor.

Doug Imbruce
Co-Founder
Doug Imbruce is the founder and CEO of Qwiki, a New York-based technology company pioneering on-the-fly media creation.
Imbruce launched Qwiki at TechCrunch Disrupt in September 2010, where the company won the prize for Best Startup.
After millions of downloads, Qwiki’s iPad app was named the #1 search app in Apple’s 2011 App Store Rewind. In 2012, Qwiki’s product was integrated within the Bing search engine and thousands of additional publishing partners, including ABC News, Yahoo!, and Time.
Qwiki has raised $10.5 million to date, with founders of Facebook, YouTube and Groupon among its investors. Before Qwiki, Imbruce founded “The U,” an educational content network that helped over a million students per year select and pursue higher education. The U was acquired by a private equity firm in 2008.
Imbruce began his career at Warner Bros. Television and holds a B.A. from Columbia University.

Co-Founder
Maverick Carter currently serves as the CEO of LRMR Marketing, an integrated marketing services company well known for its representation of NBA superstar LeBron James. The company also provides consulting services for Fortune 500 companies looking to engage in Sports and Entertainment in addition to a select group of high profile athletes and celebrities. Mr. Carter attended Western Michigan University.

Brandon Perlman
Co-Founder
Brandon Perlman is a content-focused marketing strategist and entrepreneur in New York’s burgeoning startup scene.
Most recently he was the Director of Marketing Strategy for Hearst Digital Media where he focused on innovation in the digital publishing field.
Prior to that he was the Digital Director for DEPARTURES magazine, where he developed the online business for Departures.com centered around luxury travel and lifestyle.
Brandon began his career at American Express and holds a B.A. in Electronic Media from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Josh Linkner
Josh Linkner is The New York Times-bestselling author of Disciplined Dreaming: A Proven System to Drive Breakthrough Creativity, named one of the top 10 business books of 2011. Josh is the CEO and Managing Partner of Detroit Venture Partners. Together with business partners Earvin “Magic” Johnson and NBA team owner Dan Gilbert, Josh is actively rebuilding urban areas through technology and entrepreneurship. Josh is also Adjunct Professor of Applied Creativity at the University of Michigan.
Josh is the founder, Chairman and former CEO of ePrize, the largest interactive promotion agency in the world providing digital marketing services for 74 of the top 100 brands.
Prior to ePrize, Josh was the founder and CEO of three other successful technology companies. He has been honored as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and is a President Barack Obama Champion of Change award recipient. Josh is a regular columnist for Fast Company and Inc. Magazine, and his work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, USA Today, and The New York Times. Josh is also a Berklee-trained professional jazz guitarist performing regularly in jazz clubs throughout the United States.

Bo Peabody
Bo Peabody is a Venture Partner with Greycroft LLC, based in the New York office.
Peabody is also co-founder and Managing General Partner of Village Ventures, an early stage venture firm with over $175M under management as well as the parent company of LeverPoint, a financial services platform for venture, private equity and real estate funds.
In 1992, Peabody founded Tripod, Inc., one of the original social networks. Tripod was sold to Lycos in 1998 and Peabody became Vice President of Network Strategy. Lycos was sold to Spain’s Terra Networks in 2001. In 1998, Peabody co-founded Streetmail (now called Everyday Health); in 2000, he co-founded VoodooVox; in 2004, he co-founded HealthGuru Media; and in 2006 he co-founded UplayMe. Peabody also co-owns Mezze, Inc, a hospitality group consisting of two award-winning restaurants.
Peabody is an expert in consumer-oriented businesses and has invested in Pump Audio (sold to Getty), DigiSynd (sold to Disney), Babble (sold to Disney), Makeover Solutions, Quirky, and Tech Media Network. He has been featured in major business and consumer publications, and has received numerous honors. Peabody wrote a book for entrepreneurs called Lucky or Smart?, which was published by Random House in January 2005.
A graduate of Williams College, Peabody resides in New York City and is a Trustee of The Academy at Charlemont.

Doug McCormick
Doug has been a Venture Partner of Rho Ventures at Rho Capital Partners, Inc. since 2006. Mr. McCormick began working with Rho Capital in 2000. He oversees venture activities at the Rho Capital Partner.
He is a Venture Partner of PrePlay, Inc. and serves as its Advisor. His professional business operational experience is both extensive and current with outside board positions on market-leading media corporations. He has a 20-plus year track record of entertainment, broadcast, and new media success. Mr. McCormick served as Chief Executive Officer at iVillage Inc. since July 2000 and served as its Chairman since April 2001 and President from April 2000 to July 2000. He was the founder and President at McCormick Media from 1998 to April 2000.
He held various other positions in the sales, marketing, and research areas including the Chief Executive Officer and President at Lifetime Entertainment Services Inc. from 1984 to 1993. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. McCormick served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Lifetime Television Network. At Lifetime, he is credited with creating the “Lifetime Television for Women” positioning as well as conceiving and launching the Lifetime Movie Network. He held executive positions at The Samuel Goldwyn Company, Cable Health Network, Petry Television, and KCOP-TV. Mr. McCormick has been the Chairman of LIN TV Corp. since October 3, 2006 and LIN Television Corp. since September 2006. He has been Chairman of Everyday Health, Inc. since March 2008. He has been a Director of Lucid Commerce, Inc. since July 29, 2011, Everyday Health, Inc. (formerly Waterfront Media, Inc.) since March 2003 and Travora Media, Inc. since 2008. He serves as a Director of Streetmail.com, Zilo.com, Myers Consulting Group., and Travel Ad Network.
Mr. McCormick is also a board member of Wayport. He is a member of Board of Trustees of American Management Association. He served as a Director of iVillage Inc. since February 1999. He served as a Director of MarketWatch, Inc. (formerly MarketWatch.com Inc.) since December 16, 2003. Mr. McCormick received an M.B.A. from the Columbia University School of Business and a B.A. in Speech and Communications from the University of Dayton.

Mike Keriakos
Michael Keriakos is the co-founder and President of Everyday Health. Keriakos oversees Everyday Health’s revenue-generating activities including business development, marketing, and advertising sales.
Prior to founding Everyday Health, Keriakos served as Director of Sponsorships at Beliefnet, Inc.; developed and implemented a customer acquisition program for iVillage, which generated 4,000 customers and six figures in revenue; and developed and implemented marketing strategies for TheStreet, Doughnet, GovBargains, and Dietsmart where he helped establish and implement Dietsmart’s online marketing programs.
Keriakos also served as the Director of Business Development and Membership Acquisition for FamilyPoint, which was acquired by iVillage for $30 million.

Michael Marquez is a founding partner of CODE Advisors.
Previously, he was the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development for CBS Interactive. Marquez previously served as Director of Corporate Development at Yahoo, working directly with its executive management team on all acquisitions, investments and major strategic initiatives. In this role, Marquez played a leading role in the acquisition of 15 companies throughout the world, including Oddpost, Verdisoft, del.icio.us, Bix and Jumpcut.
Before going to Yahoo, he also served as a banker at Robertson Stephens, one of the preeminent Internet investment banks. Prior to that, Marquez was a founding member of the Internet Center of Excellence at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), which at the time was charged with overseeing the firms first foray into the Internet, as well as developing website strategies for clients.

Peter Pham
Peter is a passionate entrepreneur and advisor with roots in Southern California, starting his career with eight years in the enterprise hardware and software space. Having success in building companies ranging from solid state storage to SAS businesses, Peter then focused his time in the consumer internet space, moving to Silicon Valley in 2005 building companies like Photobucket.
As Vice President of Business Development at Photobucket, he was the fifth employee and was responsible for driving growth to 61M users and leading its $300M acquisition in 2007 to Fox Interactive Media, a division of News Corporation. Peter then turned his energy in helping people save money as CEO of BillShrink from inception to their 1st Million users in a little over a year.
